🦈jeff's hungry hour

once a night, some time after the first half hour, jeff is starving. for ten minutes he eats twice as often, and every bowl he takes pays the server 🥫10 back. feed him twenty times with !feedjeff, no once-a-window limit while he's hungry, and he's full: nobody gets eaten until the kitchen opens again, and everyone who fed him gets 🥫20.
